Ryan Bassett joined Worthy Parts in August 2021.
Ryan supplys Worthy Parts clients with a great knowledge of Caterpillar components and machines. Having previously worked at WesTrac for over 17 years, Ryan started within their Warehouse and progressed to WesTrac Parts customer service roles in Kalgoorlie Boulder and Guildford. He has been stationed at various mine sites in the Pilbara, working with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure maximum productivity for CAT products.
While Ryan was attracted to the experience to work on site, he much prefers being home every night. Jumping on board with Worthy Parts, Ryan speaks of his great admiration for Managing Director Michael Worthington “I’ve known Michael a long time, Michael`s reputation is well known and admired which is why I found it easy to accept a position with the Worthy Parts team. It’s a great bunch of people with a company that is evolving and creating long lasting relationships with clients.” he said.
Ryan has filled many orders for a bush, pin or hose in a variety of CAT machines, but he has a favourite. When it comes to his pick of CAT machines, he admires the R2900G for its ruggedness and overall ability to positively affect production.
