October has seen the busiest month ever at Worthy Parts! We’re now seeing over 10,000 unique visitors a month, who come search and sell parts and components across Australia!!
On the back of being awarded Small Business with 5 to 10 Employees at the 2016 Goldfields Business and Employee Awards in August, Worthy Parts, are proud to be a finalist for the Western Australian Regional Business Awards 2016 in the same category. This event is hosted by the Small Business Development Corporation WA and takes placing this Friday Night, wish us luck! At the end of October we had the pleasure of hosting Federal Small Business Minister, the Hon Michael McCormack MP and Tony Crook, Nationals WA Candidate for Kalgoorlie. It was great to sit down with them both over a cuppa to talk about how Worthy Parts began and how we’ve grown over the past two years! We are really thankful to the interest shown by local government to help support and see us succeed as a start up.
In other good news the price of Gold has taken another hike with the recently elected US president Donald Trump – too soon to comment on all aspects of his election, we’re happy to see everyone involved in mining reap the economic benefits that this brings in the interim.
