This month, we proudly celebrate two incredible milestones within the Worthy Group family. Danae and Chellany have each reached 7 years of service, and their journeys are a true reflection of growth, loyalty, and the evolving spirit of our business.
Danae, HR Co-Ordinator, Kalgoorlie
Danae joined Worthy Parts in the early days, before the Boyes EQS acquisition, when our team was just 15 to 20 strong. Fast forward to today, she’s managing HR for a group of 80 to 100 employees, a challenge she’s embraced with unwavering professionalism and grace.
Often working quietly behind the scenes, Danae is the backbone of our HR operations, bringing structure, order, and a calm presence to the fast-paced environment of our growing business. Her ability to juggle the demands of her role while raising two teenage children is nothing short of inspiring.
We’re incredibly grateful for Danae’s dedication and the positive impact she continues to have across the Group.
Chellany, Accounts Administrator, Perth Office
Chellany’s journey began straight out of high school, where she was taught by our very own Jaymi Worthington. Her quiet determination and strong work ethic made her a natural fit for the team, and she’s grown with us every step of the way.
Starting on reception during some challenging years, Chellany showed resilience and commitment that paved the way for her transition into the Finance team. Now based in our Perth office, she’s flourished in her role as Accounts Administrator, contributing to the financial health and stability of the Group.
Her journey is a testament to the value of nurturing talent from within and the rewards of perseverance.
