Worthy Parts are proud to announce its partnership with Clontarf Foundation for 2018/2019.

The Foundation has operated as a not for profit organisation since 2000, originally opening with 25 boys and now catering to over 6,500 boys across 97 schools throughout Western Australia, Northern Territory, Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland.

The Foundation’s purpose is to improve the education, discipline, life skills, self-esteem employment prospects of young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander men.

The Foundations beliefs are that failure to experience achievement when young, coupled with a position of under-privilege can lead to alienation, anger and more serious consequence and by tackling these issues, students are provided an opportunity to succeed, in turn raising self-esteem.

Clontarf provide a school engagement program through it’s football and rugby league programs, utilising the existing passion that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander boys have for these sports to attract them to staying in school.

Worthy Parts decision to partner with Clontarf Foundation is based on the premise of our existing community involvement through sporting opportunities for young people living across multiple regions of Australia. (read more about our sponsorship program here)

Through partnering with Clontarf Foundation, Worthy Parts will provide opportunities for work place students to participate in day to day operations throughout multiple departments of the company.

Worthy Parts looks forward to partnering with the students, teaching staff and organisational staff of the Clontarf Foundation.
